Mr. Ngomane is the founding member of M NGOMANE ATTORNEYS. Mike perused his Studies at the University of Pretoria. He also holds a Masters’ degree in mercantile law from the same institution and a post graduate certificate in business rescue from UNISA.

Mike started his career at Tim Du Toit Inc., a medium large law firm based in Pretoria where he specialized in commercial litigation for banks of the likes of Absa, FNB and Nedbank. He moved to Jay Mothobi Inc. where he continued in commercial litigation and insolvency law.

He was then recruited by the global firm, Hogan Lovell’s Inc., where he specialized in business rescue and insolvency law and corporate commercial litigation before starting his own law Firm, M Ngomane Attorneys (“MNA”).

He is Admitted by the High court and highly commendable in the fields of commercial law, Civil Litigation, Insolvency, Property law and Family law. He prides himself on his virtuous work ethic and ability to diligently deal with all aspects of the law. He strives for performance excellence to ensure the absolute contentment of all his clients.

Vukosi Attended the University of South Africa, where she obtained her LLB (Unisa). She is currently completing her articles at M Ngomane Attorneys, where she is a valuable, reliable and Steadfast Member of the firm.

Vukosi areas of interests includes but not limited to Property law, Contract law, Civil Litigation and Commercial Law. She has also formed interests in Insolvency and Business rescue. Her responsibilities includes Correspondence work, the drafting of Court Processes and she is accustomed to the heads of clients for both private and instructing attorneys.

Sizwe is an admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa and an Associate Attorney at M Ngomane Incorporated Attorneys. He completed his Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree through the University of South Africa. In 2016 he attended the Trial Advocacy training conducted by, among other Justices of the Supreme Court of Appeal Hon.Judge Seriti and at the end of the same year, he participated in the summer vacation programme at Fluxmans Incorporated Attorneys. In 2018 Sizwe attended and completed the Practical Legal Training course at the University of Pretoria (Tuks).

Sizwe completed his articles of clerkship at MacRobert Incorporated Attorneys and he has considerable experience in Corporate and Commercial law, Financial Recoveries, Third Party claims and Property law.
